Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the difference is charged pro rata. When downgrading, you keep credit for the next billing period. No contracts, no hidden fees.

Features & Gamification

Streak-based time tracking means the app counts consecutive days of on-time shift logging. Each day an employee logs their shift, their streak grows. This gamification creates powerful employee engagement – nobody wants to break their streak. Freeze protection ensures one day off doesn't reset everything.

Badges reward specific achievements: first shift logged, 7-day streak, 30-day streak, perfect month, and more. Each badge has Bronze, Silver, and Gold variants. Badges are visible in profiles and leaderboards, adding a social element to shift logging.

Leaderboards show weekly and monthly rankings based on streak length, badges earned, and consistency. Teams can compete against other teams or locations. The fair system uses different metrics for different positions, so everyone has a chance to shine.

Technical & Security

ShiftStreak is a mobile time-tracking solution with native iOS (iPhone) and Android. Mobile time tracking starts immediately after downloading from App Store or Google Play. The admin dashboard for shift management works in any modern web browser.

ShiftStreak works offline. Employees can log shifts without an internet connection – the app syncs automatically when back online. This is essential for restaurants with poor basement WiFi or during busy service.

Security is our priority. All data is stored in EU data centers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up regularly. We are fully GDPR compliant. Your shift data belongs to you – we never sell or share it with third parties.
